This new range was developed exclusively with the manufacturer in the United Kingdom for BOC Ltd and uses new technology which meets Australian and New Zealand standards and offers a high level of safety and a more convenient way to deliver medical gas therapy.
BPR devices only use approved polymers and are of state-of-the-art piston design, with a rotating luminous face, contents gauge gives better visibility, for use in poor light conditions. The 360° rotating yoke allows the regulator to be positioned appropriately for optimum viewing.
FireSafe™ flowmeters have been developed to control the flow of medical gas to the patient in a precise manner, enhancing the safety of patients and healthcare personnel. The FireSafe™ nozzle has been designed to automatically arrest oxygen flow in the event of an oxygen tubing fire and limit damage or injury.

Oxygen conserving devices
Whereas an oxygen regulator delivers a continuous flow of oxygen, conserving devices, true to their name, conserve oxygen by delivering only during the inhalation period of a breath. This allows an oxygen patient to remain ambulatory for extended periods of time.

The Salter O2 ExpressTM Oxygen Conserver is a compact regulator and conserving system in one lightweight, all-pneumatic oxygen demand device. It delivers a selectable bolus of oxygen in the first one-third of the inspiratory cycle, and a continuous flow for the remainder of the inspiratory phase. This provides saturations equal to, or greater than, continuous flow systems – yet at equivalent flow rates.
The Chad EvolutionTM is an electronic conserver that eliminates worries over battery life. With a minimum of 2 years of operation using just two AA batteries, extra trips just to change batteries are a thing of the past.
